On October 27, 2025, Dr. Clem Guthro, University Librarian of Hamilton Library at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, and Mr. Mitsutaka Nakamura, Japanese Studies Librarian, visited the General Library and the Asian Research Library of the University of Tokyo.
After touring the facilities of both the General Library and the Asian Research Library, the guests joined a roundtable discussion with members of U-PARL and RASARL, where participants exchanged views on the current situations of both libraries.
