2025年6月1日、U-PARLはパリ科学・文化研究大学（PSL: Université de recherche Paris Sciences et Lettres）の研究者を迎え、最新のデジタル・ヒューマニティーズの動向をテーマとしたラウンドテーブルを開催しました。このイベントは、太田絵里奈特任助教と神戸大学の伊藤隆郎先生の主導のもと企画され、昨年度終了した科研費学術変革領域研究（A）「イスラーム的コネクティビティにみる信頼構築（イスラーム信頼学）」C01（デジタル・ヒューマニティーズ的手法によるコネクティビティ分析）班の研究者が、それぞれの研究成果をもとに現状の課題を共有しました。さらに、PSL大学の研究者による生成AIを活用した写本の文字・画像認識や、大規模言語モデルを用いたテキスト分析といった、最先端のメソドロジーに関する報告も行われました。
当日のプログラムは以下の通りです。イベントはU-PARLおよび「イスラーム信頼学」プロジェクト関係者を中心としたセミクローズド形式で行われましたが、ヨーロッパにおける最新の研究成果に触れる貴重な機会となり、参加者間で濃密な議論が交わされました。本イベントは、異なる専門性をもつ研究者同士が知見を共有し、新たなアイデアを創出する契機となりました。
U-PARLでは、今後もこのようなデジタル・ヒューマニティーズに関するラウンドテーブルを積極的に開催し、国際的な研究交流を促進していきます。
